The fix: our dual-tank well system uses hydrogen peroxide injection with catalytic carbon to knock out iron, sulfur, and manganese, then softens and polishes. Peroxide breaks down into just water and oxygen, leaving nothing behind in your water. Will a filtration system lower my water pressure?

No. Our systems use high-flow valves engineered to maintain full pressure throughout the home.

How long does installation take?

Most complete installations are done in a single afternoon by a licensed plumber, typically 2 to 4 hours.

What maintenance does the system need?

Very little. The softener needs salt added to the brine tank about every 2-3 months, salt runs $8-10 a bag at any Home Depot or Lowe's. The RO system needs all 3 filters replaced once a year, about $150 total for the full set. Our care plan covers filter service, salt delivery, and keeps your warranty coverage protected.

What happens to my system during a power outage?

Your softener and filtration keep working normally, no electricity needed for that. The only thing that pauses is the automatic regeneration cycle, which only runs about once a month anyway, so a short outage won't affect your water. A tankless RO system does need power to run, but a tank-style RO will keep working without it.

What does the free water test measure?

Hardness, chlorine and chloramine, iron, total dissolved solids, and pH, right in front of you. On well water we also check for sulfur and sediment. The results decide exactly which system your home needs, so you're never quoted more equipment than your water calls for.
